Leftovers from dinner makes lunch easy: steamed baby carrots with lime/garlic/basil rapeseed oil dressing, steamed sugar peas, pickled radish, BBQ sardines, pickled cucumber and tomato.
Back to work but it’s a mercifully short week. Chilli beef onigiri with tomato, garlic & basil runner beans, kombu no tsukudani, fried prawns, pickled cucumber, pickled ‘flower’ radish and a rare item: dessert of matcha & ginger sponge cake.

OK I can say that’s the last of the salad for now but I doubt I’d be sick of the spring rolls ever. Rice topped with smoked salmon is accompanied with garlic & anchovy eggplant, konnyaku & capsicum, steamed beans, cucumber & wakame salad and lambspring rolls
