Could of turned this into another bibimbap
I guess you start to truly appreciate good quality meat when it is less convenient to come by. Lunch is pickled radish, tomato, carrot kimpira, BBQ eggplant, BBQ chicken with home made piri piri sauce and kombu no tsukudani
