..This is not the spaghetti from my childhood; it looks too neat (and doesn’t use tomato sauce)
Now for something a little different, spaghetti: seafood pasta with salsa verde and tomato. The tomato sauce base was mostly absorbed by the eggplant and mussels. The great thing about leftovers is that all I needed to prepare was the salsa verde. The garnish is oregano flowers
