Another strange collection of things in this box – the cooking styles seem to be all over the place! I managed to swipe some swede from Yvan’s dish for lunch to provide something different in the vegetable department. I had no tomato sauce so paste had to do – at least it is more piquant to deal with the large swede pieces.
Roast Swede & Lumpia
Lunch contents: Kimchi (under the swede), lemon-butter roasted swede ‘flowers’ garnished with spring onion and tomato paste, cabbage and carrot lumpia, plain rice, broccoli dressed with sesame oil and seeds
