Lunch Log: Week 136

I admit that I approach this week every year with trepidation since high school; though these days there is “bierre festivus interruptus” that might offset anything negative and a general motto that “the secret to happiness is very low expectations” I’d say this year was particularly predictably… shit awful. Exceptions of course those that wished me well, naturally.

Ok, enough whining… This week was the week of spring rolls, which were not shit, thankfully (small graces and all that). And a french kimpira I hope to never, ever get sick of because it’s pretty awesome (another item I should document).

So I guess overall things aren’t truly that bad. Whelp, better luck next year.

I was planning on something more ‘normal’ but the evening interruptions generated this instead… Linguine with bolognese and Parmesan cheese.. Sometimes simple is best
