Spicy Fried Rice

If asked to indulge in a traditional Filipino breakfast, I’d have to decline unless I’d just starved myself first. Most items in this one meal are fried or full of fat or carbs and I cannot ever remember anything that was close to being a vegetable in it.. apart from garlic in the garlic fried rice. Garlic fried rice is one of my home fast-foods (next to pasta and spicy noodles,) and you can complicate it as much as you would like. This one features the same chilli sauce I used in falafel to give it some sweet and sourness and naturally some spice!

This fried rice also contains spring onion and soy sauce.
