Got lazy with thinking up lunch so it’s a carbtastic selection of sushi today: smoked salmon with capsicum & gherkin pickles, spicy salmon and crabstick with cucumber maki alongside cucumber & wakame salad, takuan and inarizushi. And now, can I take a nap?

I think I’m happy with the spicy sauce I’ve appropriated from store bought spicy salmon jumeok bap; an alternative to sriracha mayo. Lunch is ponzu seasoned eggplant, cucumber, kale namul, ganmadoki, tomato, alpine strawberries, plum and mixed sushi (spicy BBQ chicken, BBQ chicken with cucumber & takuan and inari)

Instead of stocking up on lunch items it seems like most went into Yvan’s lunch; hopefully he remembers to eat his! Lunch is miso & ponzu salmon, edamae in their pods, ganmadoki, tomato, nori tamagoyaki, ponzu seasoned runner beans and kombu tsukudani
