With the addition of a jar of concentrate stock/seasoning and chopped spring onion, just add boiling water and optional blast with a microwave. The result: a pretty tasty treat of ramen, which was pretty fast to prepare with the mass-cooked char sui (with a red braise influence) pork shoulder.
