An autumnal feast of colour and flavour, though I did cheat with the takikomi gohan as I didn’t want all of the rice seasoned. Lunch is baby potato garlic ‘chips’, carrot & celeriac namasu, green bean namul, spicy grilled chicken thigh with whiskey BBQ sauce , tomatoes and pickled radish ‘chrysanthemum’ together with cheater’s takikomi gohan (seasoned shiitake, carrot and baby broad beans)
