Lunch Log: Week 76 Day 2
Almost forgot there was potato about the house. And what more evil way to make it tasty than deep frying it: spring onion & mustard croquettes with spinach gomae-ae, soy egg, tomato, steamed prawns and takuan.
Lunch Log: Week 76 Day 1
I realized that curry last night was quite eggplant heavy but apart from these cute pea ones I’d eaten the rest. Lunch is leftover Chinese style duck, red curry pea eggplant, steamed broccoli & broad beans, tomatoes, takuan and 3 onigiri (green shiso, brinjal ajvar and kimchee)
