Whew, another festival! Before falling into the familiar (and delicious) trap of karaage, I got to try out a new way to do chicken – and it’s bloody awesome! One day I should try to actually match my sidedishes better – or at least have them come from the same country/region, but that would require more effort…

Woo for the BBQ! Lunch is BBQ fillet (on special!), BBQ zucchini, tomato, steamed broccoli and asparagus and onigiri.

Confusion fusion combo time, but the only thing confused is why there wasn’t more.. Lunch is braised chicken with tomato and vinegar, steamed broccoli and asparagus, ensaladang talong, spinach namul and steamed broad beans. Another lip smackingly delicious chicken dish: definitely going to repeat it!
