What an epic week – quite busy and draining, but it’s been an interesting experience to moonlight in the drinks industry/hospitality; a backup plan when the dayjob can’t do it. One thing these events does do is leave one to absolutely appreciate wholesome, home-cooked meals with VEGETABLES.

Back south but I’ve left my voice behind. A morning cooking session today so its fast food of pasta: roast tomatoes, garlic eggplant, garlic-stuffed olives with Parmesan linguine. It looks kinda fugly but it’s warm and not a “dirty” anything. Though this time I don’t think the food’s made me sleepy

Too ill yesterday to make it to work so I’m having this today; something to definitely brighten my day. Bibibibibibibibi- bibimbap, hell yeah! Toppings include french beans, bean sprouts namul, soy eggplant, spicy beef, carrot kimpira, spring onions and a strikingly orange soft boiled egg.
I’m supposed to be avoiding spicy food to help my voice recover but MEH!

Looking more like the regularly scheduled programme; not too shabby under the influence of painkillers and prolific sneezing. Lunch is bean sprout namul, potato salad, beef koftas, carottes râpées, tomato and bean kimpira
