Feeling under the weather, so I had this a little earlier than usual. Stir fried onion, soft boiled egg, chilli sausage, soy eggplant, garlic runner beans, carrot kimpira and pickled radish.. And when it’s bowled up – wWhat a beautiful sight; it’s mostly veg so it’s probably healthier than yesterday’s lunch. Bibimbap never fails to cheer me up and make my mouth water for more.
Because the flexibility of this dish, it really isn’t excusable to not be able to get your 5-a-day.
