I rarely use the oven, but this place has two: a main oven and a smaller ‘plate warmer’ sized one. Seeing that I don’t like the idea of cooking small batches in a normal sized oven I found this was a perfect opportunity. With seasoned chicken thighs, I made slits over the skin-side and placed small slithers of garlic. Such a simple dish to cook, I wish I did this more often!
