We’re finally able to harvest more radish in the vegetable bed – it’s a tiny one that looked larger viewing it aboveground. I think for the rest they may need another week.
It’s another day that shouldn’t be spent sitting indoors, so I’ve made sushi again for on the go. This time all the items can be handled by hand without sticky fingers!
Lunch contents: soy sauce fish, makizushi (crabstick, white and black sesame seeds, preserved lemon, cucumber, mayonnaise, spring onion), fresh radish.
