Good old bacon – the fixer of savouries. If there is some in the fridge I know at least I can have a tasty meat side-dish for emergencies. Although, if I do find a pack in the fridge opened then that could only mean it could of been missed!
Top tier: potato salad, spring onions wrapped in bacon and garnished with parsley and sorrel, mini tomatoes.
Bottom tier: makizushi (crabstick, sesame seeds, cucumber, mayonnaise, sriracha) on sorrel.
