I find that BBQs with more than one meat item hard to finish – especially if Yvan’s in charge. With lamb and sausages from the local butchers, it’s hard not to eat it all (but very easy to make the attempt!) In an effort to balance the meat I had bought bean sprouts which I couldn’t resist stirfried in a kimpira.
Lunch contents: rice garnished with black sesame and crabstick and carrot ‘flowers’, nori, broccoli, crabstick, nori tamagoyaki, BBQ sausage, BBQ lamb, carrot and bean sprout kimpira.
