I store small balls of hamburger mix in the freezer, as I have the flexibility in turning them into more flat hamburgers or keep them as they are. I also prefer to have them with a sauce. I was reminded of the ‘hanbaagu’, a version close to Salisbury steak that have a sauce poured over them.
Lunch contents: rice decorated with pickled radish ‘flower’, sesame seeds and rocket, kimchi pancake, carrot ‘flowers’, saucy hamburger meatballs, tamagoyaki, broccoli.
