We let the rocket in the backyard go to seed last year, and were amused how almost the entire garden bed was peppered with tiny rocket seedlings. At this time, it is easier to identify the rocket from the weed and the best time to thin them out. Though, I couldn’t really bare to just simply throw away all of the lovely fiery little rocket sprouts. It looks like a rocket pesto later this year..

Lunch contents: edamame skewers, carrot ‘flowers’, rocket sprouts, nori tamagoyaki, hamburger with tomato sauce, onigiri.
