Made a batch of ganmadoki though this time I just pan-fried them rather than the non-traditional ovenated method. Lots of ‘cupboard staples’ abound: frozen prawns, frozen salmon portions and boiled eggs.
- Ganmadoki with mustard. Somehow I’m craving a nice IPA right now..
- Looks like I’ve overcooked the eggs, at least the miso carrots make for it
- Pasta to break up the monotony of rice.. Blasphemy!
- Pepper venison steak – how posh! I should of packed more..
- Another noodle-based lunch..
- .. Transform to: miso venison ramen! It’s better than last time since I made a more concentrate stock with some stew liquid but I miss the spring onions
